Volunteers are the backbone of our organization and a rewarding way to give of your time! The only way to understand the feeling of satisfaction one gets from helping our ex-racers is to experience it firsthand.  Our volunteers have many choices in how they would like to help out Fast Friends, including: dog walking, socialization, Meet and Greets, kitchen help, daily chores, fundraising events gardening and landscaping, nursing home visits; the list goes on and on.

Orientations are held monthly, and are posted on our calendar of events.

*Note that all volunteers must attend an orientation to work with the Greyhounds.

You can make an enormous difference in an animal’s life by sponsoring an ex-racer until a permanent home is ready for them.

Your donation will help provide food, care and necessary medical attention until a loving family comes along.
