Fast Friends Doggy Daycare and Fast Friends Greyhound Adoption is looking for several hard-working, energetic dog lovers to join our growing team!

• follows detailed instructions but also is proactive and willing to bring new ideas to the team.
This team member will care for both dogs who come to Doggy Daycare & Boarding and the retired racing Greyhounds waiting for adoption. A typical day may include greeting customers, supervising dogs in play groups, cleaning kennels, preparing meals, walking dogs, and other duties that keep the facility running smoothly.
Full-time and part-time positions available. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work outdoors in all weather.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Wash, groom, trim nails, scale teeth, express anal glands, etc. for a variety of dog breeds including “bully” breeds
Track inventory on all supplies and prepare purchase orders
Always Keep Grooming Salon clean and fresh
Bathe incoming and outgoing Greyhounds
Keep all Greyhounds well-groomed, including nails, ears, and teeth, on an established schedule
Always represent self and Fast Friends in a professional manner
Create customer reminders on an established schedule
Keep detailed notes on customer preferences and requests
Actively participate in promoting grooming services through social media, specials, etc.
Assist in Doggy Daycare as requested.
Other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in English language
High school diploma or equivalent
National Certified Master Groomer, International Certified Master Groomer, or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience as groomer in a professional establishment
Canine CPR and first aid
